Vereco is looking for a detail-oriented Leasing Analyst. As the Leasing Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and facilitating the equipment leasing process.

If you're looking for an opportunity to:

• Perform analytical work to calculate and interpret historical financial costs
• Assist with the preparation, facilitation, & documentation of equipment leases
• Recommend actions by interpreting data and making comparative analyses
• Maintain databases by entering, verifying, and backing up data
• Improve profitability through analyzing results, monitoring variances, & identifying trends
• Reconcile datasets; comparing and correcting data
• Identify project requirements by analyzing operations, determining project scope, preparing customer contracts, and sending cancellation letters
• Coordinate with operational and billing team to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
• Provide analytical support to offsite team members
• Assist with additional tasks as needed

What we're looking for:

• 4 year degree is preferred, but will consider a combination of a high school diploma/equivalent and relevant work experience
• 1+ years of analyst experience or previous internship experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and writing skills         
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
