The Proposal and Marketing Manager will lead the effort to coordinate campaigns with specific goals towards revenue growth.  The right candidate will collaborate and help customers and team members through the sales and onboarding process to have a great experience doing business with us.  The ability to drive campaigns, systems and digital marketing while ensuring the sales and operations teams are working together on business development to serve software users and enterprise accounts. Experience in writing collaborative proposals and contracts is required, along with HubSpot/crm experience. Certifications in HubSpot and proposal writing are preferred and will be required as part of the position for growth.
 

The primary Duties are:   

  • Lead marketing strategy efforts for research, channels, and planning  

  • Lead digital marketing efforts across website, content, email and SEO  

  • Optimize the customer journey and funnels to increase conversions 

  • Understand the UI/UX and funnel and shopping cart design for human behavior 

  • Lead content creation supporting our brand awareness and recognition 

  • Manage company social media  

  • Manage company branding  

  • Lead creative marketing efforts  

  • Manage inbound lead generation efforts through CRM 

  • Serve as the CRM system administrator and integrator 

  • Manage proposals, campaigns and deals across team members 

  • Manage due dates, deadlines and follow ups for sales team and marketing calendar 

  • Manage public relations and media strategy and execution  

  • Identify internal and external resources, allocate budgets to accomplish goals
