This role will require an individual with strong communication and leaderships skills, an ability to multitask, maintain schedules, have innate organization skills and troubleshoot issues.  This individual must possess an ability to execute the vision of the founders clearly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.  

• Establish and control operational budgets (freight in/out, labor, equipment. etc.) 

• Continue to develop and maintain KPI’s and OKR’s

• Oversee both e-commerce and wholesale operations

• Maintain Make-to-Stock requirements in a production environment

• Manage all operational related matters (e.g., transportation matters, safety issues, etc.)

• Review and establish QC processes where needed

• Work to continue to establish safety protocols to meet compliance with local ordinances and safety warehouse standards

• Create and expand SOPs within general day to day operations

• Manage local relationships with vendors (i.e., staffing agency, service companies, etc.)

• Communicate daily/weekly with various corporate departments (e.g., IT, Purchasing, Sales, etc.)

• Manage overall maintenance of building

• Work closely with finance team to assist in making long term and tactical operation decisions 

• Lead, identify, and grow current staff into more suited positions

• Hold or attend weekly meetings with warehouse teams and others

• Maintain accurate records in existing and future ERP and WMS systems

• Reports monthly to leadership team of metrics and overall performance of operations

Candidate must also have:

• A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience (preferably in logistics or warehousing). 

• Strong analytical skills

• Proficient in MS Office Suite or related software

• Experience in Netsuite Required

• BA/BS required.  MBA preferred
