THE OPPORTUNITY
In this Office Manager role, you will be an integral part of Activ Surgical’s Ops team, owning many of the operational and administrative responsibilities at Activ Surgical’s Boston office. This role is also pivotal in maintaining/building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. As Activ Surgical continues to scale, the person in this role will:
- Oversee and support all office processes with a focus on employee safety, well-being and morale.
- Facilitate the ongoing maintenance of our physical office space and IT needs.
- Create and update databases and records as required to enable tracking of office, lab, and IT assets.
- Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence.
- Track and replace office/kitchen supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures, ensuring this is done in line with associated budgets.
- Coordinate activities and events at our Boston office to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.
- Manage travel plans for 4 executives.
- Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed.
- Assist with ad hoc requests as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in business, administration, or related field
- 2 – 3 years prior office administration experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft office products (Outlook, Work, PowerPoint, Excel, etc…)
- Comfort in handling confidential information
- Strong communication skills
- Process and organization skills
- Time Management and prioritization skills
