Full Time Position, mainly day shift, but some evening and weekend hours may be necessary.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree and two (2) years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, OR an Associate’s Degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and four (4) years of experience, OR a Master’s Degree and one (1) year of experience
- Supervisory experience is a must
- Current, valid driver's license
The Program Specialist II will be responsible for overseeing the residential operations and direct supervision of the Residential Manager and Residential Coordinator employees in the assigned group homes. The Program Specialist II will also be responsible for directing a variety of cross-disciplinary services for residents in the residential settings inclusive of progress notes, ISP’s / assessments, etc. as outlined below for the group homes assigned.
