Our client is a global commodity trading innovator that wants to transform the supply chain of commodities with innovative solutions. Located in Malta, they are looking for a senior figure to join them to establish and advance their strategic IT solutions. Founded in 2016, the company has experienced rapid expansion and revenue growth.
The successful candidate will be an integral member of management and will have a direct impact on strategic decision-making for the company.
 

Role and Responsibilities

• ​Partner with the digitalization leader for the rollout of processes on various IT systems
• Translate business requirements required for the development of an IT B2B platform
• Manage the software development for the B2B marketplace (eCommerce) platform
• Deploy of Tier2 ERP and CRM systems
• Engage and manage IT suppliers
• Build a right-sized internal IT team to stabilize the performance of IT systems and manage insourced and outsourced projects
• Manage IT budget and its spending
• Liaison between the company and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IT systems – minimum 7-10 year
• Worked in the past as a demand manager or senior business analyst
• Fluency in English. French is also highly desired as many of our clients and our branches are located in French-speaking countries
• On-site presence in Malta is a requirement. Relocation is offered.
