We are currently seeking a compassionate, resident-first individual to join our team as a Supervisor of Housekeeping.  This full time role includes health insurance and paid time off benefits. In this role you would be one of our residents’ FAVORITE people, serving as an aide and housekeeper in their homes at an Emerson community in Arlington, Texas.

Responsibilities include cleaning residents' apartments and common areas. This is a supervisory role, overseeing a team of resident house keepers, ensuring their work is acceptable.  You would also ensure a smile is added to everyone's day!

Minimum Requirements

You would be a great addition to our team if you possess the following:

• Customer service experience
• 2 year supervisory experience required 
• 1 year prior housekeeping experience preferred
• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED), preferred
• Senior Living experience is a plus.
• Passion and drive for helping others.
