ExoAnalytic Solutions, a technology and innovation leader providing world- class products and services to the US federal government and commercial customers globally, is looking for a talented full time Senior Systems Engineer with algorithm and tool development experience to support our space and missile defense business in Huntsville, Alabama.

The Senior Systems Engineer will be responsible for the architecture, design, development, and testing of advanced algorithms and tools in the space and missile defense mission areas.

The Senior Systems Engineer will:

• Perform systems engineering analysis of challenging physics and decision problems
• Perform architecture trades, what-if analysis, and design trades
• Design, develop, and test algorithms in data processing, signal processing, and machine learning
• Develop modeling, simulation, and analysis tools
• Write coherent plans in the form of briefings, white papers, and proposals
• Provide technical direction in a team environment
   

Knowledge & Experience Requirements (required):

·       US Citizenship

·       Active Secret clearance or higher

·       BS in Physics, Engineering, or Math with a minimum of 5 years of related experience

·       Demonstrated knowledge or experience in data and signal processing

• Demonstrated capability developing algorithms and/or models & simulations
• Demonstrated capability to applying advanced research techniques in the investigation, analysis and solution of challenging physics and engineering problems
• Proficiency in programming in Python, Java, C, C++, or MatLab
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently

Knowledge & Experience Requirements (preferred, but not required):

·       Advanced degree in Physics, Engineering, or Math

·       Experience and understanding of EO/IR & RF sensor algorithms such as detection, tracking, and classification

·       Missile defense, air and missile defense, space systems, or communication systems experience

·       Experience in applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or Machine Learning (ML) to solving complex problems

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 depending on experience
