Position Summary

iBASEt has an opportunity for an experienced Client Partner to support pre-sales activities for professional services engagements. The Client Partner will be responsible for defining scope, deliverables, schedules, project cost, and pricing for professional services opportunities. You will serve an essential role in establishing the iBASEt difference in our service offerings and supporting the growth of our team.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Participate in the pre-sales process representing the Professional Services organization (Sell, promote our Services)
  • Work closely with Solution Engineers, Account Executives, and partners to developing comprehensive solution proposals for customers. 
  • Work with customers to develop deployment roadmaps that deliver recognizable value. 
  • Create detailed Statements of Work for Solumina delivery projects. 
  • Partners with the Regional Sales Team to conduct quarterly planning sessions and plan for success.
  • Focuses on senior business management challenges and strategies and is periodically called upon by client IT and Manufacturing executives for advice and counsel.
  • Demonstrates breadth and depth of knowledge to position and map the Solumina capabilities that align with client business objectives and initiatives.
  • Leverages existing engagements to spawn new business with opportunities that result in ongoing profitable revenue growth for the company.
  • Actively engages the Executive Sponsor and other senior company executives to build strategic relationships with the customer, ensuring long-term business opportunities for the company.
  • Focuses on client's critical business challenges and drivers to position themselves as a trusted advisors. 
  • Ensures submittal of timely and accurate service booking forecasts

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Technical Discipline or equivalent work experience
  • 7-10 years of successfully demonstrating experience in Software/System Integration or Professional Services for an enterprise software vendor
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience in MES industry and Aerospace and Defense is preferred.
  • "Executive Presence" – ability to effectively communicate with senior client executives
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrable business leadership experience
  • Advanced skills in finance, cross-cultural awareness, leadership, communication, influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution

 ​​​Physical Requirements / Work Environment

  • May experience various travel schedule and different time zones
  • Travel times may include Sunday evenings and Friday afternoons.
  • Security clearance a plus
  • US Citizen or permanent residency required
