Job Summary:
The Corporate Development Analyst role will support the company’s corporate development, planning, strategic efforts. Responsibilities include maintaining the company KPIs, and leading a variety of ad hoc cross functional analyses related to strategic direction of the company. The candidate will play a critical role assisting the company in evaluating its strategic direction by partnering with key leaders in departments across the company, including Operations, Business Development, Healthcare Partnerships, and Talent Services.
Duties Include:

Develop, Maintain, and Evaluate the Company’s key KPIs, including sales and infrastructure metrics.

Support and anticipate departmental request for key information that will help the strategic growth of the Company.

Support executive-level KPI development and reporting; continually refine process and reporting to deliver actionable information across all levels of the organization.

Utilize the Company’s ERP system to create and distribute valuable internal financial reports.

Perform financial and data analysis to guide strategic decision making.
QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting

Desired: MBA, MS Economics, MS Finance, or MS Analytics

2 to 5 years of professional experience

Experience in Corporate Finance, Operations Finance or Management Consulting.

Strong organization skills and attention to details

Ability to communicate complex matters in a clear and logical manner

Experience in NetSuite ERP system is a plus

Experience with complex Microsoft Excel functions and concepts

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization

Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and teamwork skills

Develop various quantitative valuation analyses, including asset purchase/sale
WORKING CONDITIONS
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and must work 37.5 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
