Job Summary:

The Senior Manager of EPS Financial Administration will report directly to the SVP of EPS Finance (CFO of EPS) and will be responsible for day-to-day activities related to the financial administration of the EPS business, including client billing, pharmacy payments, client and pharmacy contract administration, client revenue share administration, and other related activities. This role will be required to interact with multiple departments and levels of management on a regular basis. The Senior Manager will also support the SVP of EPS Finance in developing and building technology solutions to support third-party clients and will closely collaborate with RxSense’s technology and data teams.

This position can be based in Boston, MA, or can be remote.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

·    Manage billing and related reporting of administrative fees and pharmacy amounts due from EPS clients

·    Oversee the administrative requirements (reporting, payments, calculations, etc.) for client revenue share arrangements for third-party marketers of consumer pharmacy cash programs

·    Assist the SVP of Finance in administering the contractual financial elements of all EPS clients and pharmacies

·    Ensure quality and timeliness of client billing and pharmacy payments, and client revenue share requirements; establish internal goals to track performance

·    Respond to client and pharmacy inquiries; ensure issues are remediated in a timely fashion; coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders as issues are resolved

·    Work directly with internal Data team, Pricing & Underwriting, Sales, and Account Management to ensure new clients, new pharmacies or modifications to existing clients and pharmacies are implemented correctly and effectively

·    Work with the SVP of EPS Finance to develop and deliver business requirements to the internal technology and data teams for ongoing functional enhancements to the billing and payments systems, as well as other related technology systems, projects and products

·    Serve as the primary facilitator and communicator to internal business stakeholders of all activities related to this function

·    Responsible for all internal controls related to billing and payment processes; coordinate with Corporate Controller to document such controls

·    Manage pharmacy vendor master files, associated requirements, and related processes

·    Work with the accounting department to ensure monthly accruals are accurate

·    Help drive key updates to the billing and payment processes to ensure best practices

·    Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements/ Qualifications:

·    Minimum requirement of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution

·    PBM or PBM Technology experience is required with a strong preference for direct experience with client billing, pharmacy payments, and related activities with funded payers

·    Minimum range of 7-10 years of total work experience post-college/university with 3-5 years of direct experience in this function

·    Prior experience with 835 electronic remittance files or other similar EDI type files a plus

·    Technical proficiency with financial application software is essential, preferably with experience of PBM invoicing

·    Knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains is a plus

·    Superior analytical skills, including ability to review and understand contracts

·    Strong written and oral communication skills

·    Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles

·    Strong business partnering and interpersonal skills

·    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

·    Organized, flexible, and easily adaptable to changing conditions

·    Ability to work well in high-pressure situations to meet deadlines

·    High degree of proficiency with Excel and MS Access

·    Strong project management skills

·    Ability to multi-task and manage numerous simultaneous priorities
