Marketing Intern

At SOS Construction Services, we are leaders in the construction industry and provide retailers with a variety of design, construction, and project management services. Our innovative and collaborative approach to construction gives our clients the services they need.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team. We need someone who is deadline driven to oversee projects and to act as a link between various team members. We value passionate, down to earth “can do” people who enjoy fine-tuning small details without losing sight of the big picture.

What you will be doing:

·       Assist with creation, maintenance, and execution of marketing campaigns to build awareness and drive lead generation.

·       Create, curate, and manage all social media content across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) to increase brand recognition.

·       Provide timely responses to questions/comments/reviews on social media.

·        Work with internal resources and website developer to troubleshoot any issues.

·       Ensure website content is up to date.

·       Measure the success of social media campaigns using analytics.

·       Work with HR Manager and Business Development Director to develop, implement and manage our social media strategy within a content calendar.

·       Assist in creation of presentations, marketing materials, etc.

What we’re looking for:

·       High school diploma or equivalent; Currently enrolled in marketing, communications, or another business-related field.

·       Experience in creating graphics, presentations, and social media content.

·       Background in Canva and photoshop.

·       Strong organization and time management skills.

·       Cooperative work style that functions well in team settings but is also self-sufficient with individual projects.

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based programs.
