This position will work within our Multifamily Apartment division on property assets ranging in size from 16-600 units throughout the country and reports to the Vice President. The position will work with our team based at the Orange County headquarters. This position requires experience with managing social media accounts or online content in property management or real estate. This is a must!

Job Summary:

Supports and executes the Company’s strategies related to property management media by advertising and showing our presence online by displaying and communicating about each property to ultimately exceed sales performance objectives for our properties.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develops the annual online and content budgets for the properties with the assigned portfolio manager.

2. Promotes residential properties across the nation on a wide variety of social media outlets.

3. Reviews, analyzes, and interprets market data to identify emerging trends that may impact the online performance of the properties, and works with the community managers and others to develop and implement market plans that drive occupancy and revenue growth.

Organizational Responsibilities:

• Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with Company, property, and departmental policies, procedures, and standards and immediately reports any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, employee/visitor/resident injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to appropriate individual(s).

• Identifies opportunities areas for improving the Company’s overall operation and success by offering suggestions, leading improvement initiatives, and working with the appropriate team members to implement suggestions.

Working Conditions:

• Incumbents work in an office environment.

Physical Demands:

• Incumbents must be able to view computer screens, mobile devices, and other electronic equipment for extended periods of time where visual strain may result.

• Incumbents must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to ten (10) pounds independently and twenty-five (25) pounds with assistance.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete online media accounts, and to create and make presentations to senior managers, clients, and others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $59,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
