School-Based Mental Health Clinician - (Full-Part time) – Oshkosh or Fox Valley School Districts
Description: Catalpa Health is looking to add Licensed Mental Health Clinicians to our School-Based Team! The Rise Up program consists of on-site confidential mental health counseling within the Oshkosh/Fox Valley Area School districts, as part of a collaborative team approach to address the mental health needs of students. This school-based position offers schedule flexibility, opportunities for summers off, a very competitive salary, and continuing education opportunities. This position also provides flexibility for providers to join our Catalpa Clinic team and school base team!
Essential Functions and Responsibilities- Provides pediatric and adolescent counseling services.
- Diagnoses and applies evidence-based treatments for psychological disorders.
- Maintain relationships with school districts, other professionals, and community organizations.
- Collaborates with school district staff when appropriate
- Develops and maintains accurate records regarding case progress, evaluations, and any further treatment recommendations.

Education/Experience:
Certifications & Licenses:Education Experience Master’s Degree in Human Services, or a related field required and 1 + years of mental health clinical treatment experience working with children and teens preferred State of WI Licensed Certified LCSW, LPC, and/or LMFT Required
