JOB TITLE: Maintenance Technician
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Hourly-Non-exempt
LOCATION: Denver and Greenwood Village, Colorado
SUPERVISOR/MANAGER: Building Engineer
PAY RANGE: $20/hour
 
ROLE DESCRIPTION

We operate a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and parking lots in Downtown Denver and are currently looking for a high energy, self-motivated and responsible Maintenance Technician.

The successful candidate will enjoy; working in a team environment to support the company goals of Focus Property Group, outstanding customer service and accountability, and maintaining our properties in a prideful manner. We are looking for applicants who are interested in investing themselves in a rewarding and exciting career.

WHAT THE TEAM NEEDS FROM YOU
  • Perform ground maintenance to ensure properties are in optimal operating condition.
  • Assist our Building Engineer.
  • Assist in vacancies cleanup/repairs.
  • Snow removal.
  • Operate light equipment such as pick-up trucks and snowplow, mowing & trimming equipment, snow blower, power washer, power tools, manual hand tools and similar equipment.
  • Maintain all maintenance equipment.
  • Ensures all possible safety measures are observed and alerts Building Engineer of maintenance concerns or needs.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM
  • Ability to operate hand tools and power tools.
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist and be on your feet for a long period.
  • Valid State of Colorado driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours/day.
  • Ability to work outdoors during all seasons.
  • Able to bend, climb ladders and lift up to 75 pounds.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit.
