JOB SUMMARY:
The Vice President, eSolutions Architect provides leadership and operational planning for eSolutions projects, and interacts extensively with study Sponsors, research sites and Elligo network practices.
Duties include:- Contributing to novel operational plans for potential eSolutions projects
- Selling eSolutions projects to Sposnors and CROs.
- Promoting a customer-oriented focus and advocating customer/client relationships with Elligo teams
- Contributing to sales and marketing programs and partner channels that increase the company’s opportunities for eSolutions projects
- Act as senior management executive for Sponsor relationships
- Participating in planning processes to ensure eSolutions strategies align with evolving market drivers, competitors, regulations, and Elligo capabilities
- Attend executive meetings
- Perform other duties as required by the department and company
QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Required:- Bachelor of Science or related field, advanced degree preferred.
- 5 yrs of experience in pharma or CRO industry with a minimum of 2 yrs in a leadership function
- 2 yrs+ previous directing the business/client development operations in a pharma or CRO environment including strategic leadership
- The ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail a must
- Strong organizational/prioritization skills for the management of multiple concurrent projects
WORKING CONDITIONS
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and must work 37.5 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Regular travel (25-50%) travel is required for this position.
