EarthLink, a leading provider of secure Internet services based in Atlanta, is looking for a Digital Campaign Specialist to add to our growing Team.

The Digital Campaign Specialist is responsible for managing the trafficking, delivery, optimizations, and reporting of digital ad campaigns. This position works very closely with client contacts on a regular basis to ensure that insertion orders and instructions are clearly understood, creatives are tested and approved, and that all campaign deliverables are being met.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform all duties of ad operations including trafficking, troubleshooting, campaign optimizations, reporting, reconciliations, and billing invoices.
  • Effectively communicate status of campaigns, technical issues, launch delays, delivery issues, etc. to client contacts
  • Perform quality assurance checks and debug issues with campaigns to ensure that line items and creative have been set up correctly and are delivering across all platforms and devices
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance
  • Assist with documenting, updating and maintaining trafficking and work-flow procedures for client accounts
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and address ideas to improve the ad ops process
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
  • Manage affiliate partner accounts such as Amazon, Ebay and native advertising like Outbrain.
  • Bring new ad network relationships to the business for additional revenue generating opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:·

  • At least 2 years of ad operations and client service experience, especially with DFP
  • Experience trafficking ads for desktop, mobile, and video platforms.
  • Programmatic trafficking experience; Google Ad Manager is a big plus
  • Must be technically adept within the digital ad space and be able to troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills
  • Ability to collaborate well with teams and proactively manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with Excel.
  • BA/BS degree preferred

This is not a remote position. You must be based in the Metro-Atlanta area and be able to come into our HQ office in Sandy Springs as needed.
