This growing, dynamic high-tech company headquartered in sunny Central Florida, is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our Legal and Human Resources team and grow with us. Position Title:  Corporate Recruiter
Status:  Full-Time/Non-Exempt
Reports To: VP, Legal & HR
Location: Central, Tampa, or Southwest Florida

About the Opportunity:
This is an exciting time for Summit Broadband with rapid growth and expansion. The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing full cycle recruiting efforts supporting fast-paced, high growth business units. The Corporate Recruiter coordinates the recruitment process with leaders to identify the best-in class diverse talent, ensures consistency and equitability in the recruitment process, and maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to anticipate talent needs and recommend the most qualified candidates for positions. 

How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process (full cycle)
  • Utilizes applicant tracking system to track recruiting process from request to hired
  • Over-communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure candidates have a positive pre-boarding and onboarding experience with the Company
  • Researches and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Develops an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate
  • Writes complete and detailed job descriptions ensuring an understanding of job duties, responsibilities, and business requirements
  • Extends offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of the company compensation policy
  • Reviews resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Confers with senior leadership to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments
  • Prescreens all candidates for detailed interviewing by hiring managers
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
  • Develop interview guide for hiring managers to encompass the Company’s Mission/Vision/Values
  • Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure an accurate and thorough audit if required
  • Ensures all new hires are completely and properly onboarded into the company’s HRIS and payroll system
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Your Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of full cycle recruitment
  • Experience recruiting in a professional, corporate, or staffing environment 
  • Knowledge of and experience with an Applicant Tracking System
  • BS/BA degree in related discipline
  • HR Certification(s) a plus
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload in a constantly changing environment to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Must be able to pass criminal background and drug test.
