Corporate Receptionist Job Description

Job Summary:

Rockstar Capital is seeking a Receptionist to join our Galleria Office. In this role, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our office a positive, welcoming, and productive environment. You’ll also get he chance to interact with all levels of staff and various customers and clients in the multifamily space.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors to your office
  • Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff
  • Taking and delivering messages
  • Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
  • Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
  • Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
  • Assisting with event planning
  • Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant, supporting office staff
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions, among other tasks
  • Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
  • The ability to Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, where necessary
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
  • Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly

What to Expect:

  • Will use some repetitive motion of hand-wrist in using computer and writing
  • Ability to handle stressful, urgent, novel, and diverse work situations daily
  • Emotional stability and personal maturity are important attributes in this position
  • Works in a typical office setting
  • Attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this position
  • This job cannot be performed remotely and is required to meet a Monday – Friday schedule.
