Job Overview
Our Account Executives manage and engage in activities related to developing new business opportunities that fuel the Company’s growth. The person in this role is responsible for identifying, managing, and closing new and upsell business opportunities to health systems and payors. We are looking for an active player that can “roll up their sleeves” and take a hands-on approach as this is an individual contributor role that can lead to greater things. A successful person in this role is an experienced, energetic sales professional and strategist who is not afraid to jump in, work collaboratively, and take on the responsibility.

Your impact:
You will directly enable mynurse.ai’s revenue growth and market expansion. Your efforts correlate to many of our most important success metrics. Your direct interaction with customers gives you a unique perspective on customer needs and desires that will drive our product roadmap and direction. You will love this job if you:
  • Must reside in California
  • 5+ years SaaS solution sales in healthcare or life sciences
  • Demonstrated hunter with strong cold calling and prospecting skills
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Experience building a sales pipeline and positioning business to close
  • College/University degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Must be comfortable working at all levels of an organization
  • Independent thinker, with good judgments skills and oral communication skills
  • Must be capable of balancing general prospecting requirements, fulfilling customer needs, and meeting company expectations and goals:
    • You will be identifying, negotiating, and closing big deals
    • You will be called upon to utilize superior salesmanship to develop sales opportunities and identify the necessary decision-makers and influencers of the prospective deal
    • You will be on top of updating the CRM with your progress
    • You will listen, identify and understand client/prospective clients’ needs and deliver to their expectations. You will be able to build relationships with multiple stakeholders and influence them in a positive way.
    • You will actively seek out new sales leads and business opportunities through an active network and utilizing business referrals
    • You are hugely curious and will constantly look for ways to enhance your knowledge of our industry, market, and competitors to provide the sales edge needed to close deals and generate revenue
    • You are detail-oriented and well organized as you prepare, build and manage your pipeline
    • You will seek feedback at every opportunity so you can be the best you can be.

  • Are one of the top 10% of salespeople in your current company/division. You have a track record of being one of the best. You are someone who pursues your passions with energy and commitment.
  • Have effectively sold into the independent physician/healthcare provider space
  • Have a strong network in the industry to generate opportunities for your business
  • Incredibly smart and have a work ethic second to none
  • Got 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, meaning you’ve experienced the full range of obstacles when behind the wheel of creating complex and enterprise-wide SaaS deals
  • have been successful in building relationships. We’ve succeeded because we genuinely care about our customers. You have the same values, know that relationships are everything, and have the ability to use these to identify and develop new business opportunities.
