JOB SUMMARY  

 

The Feasibility Specialist is responsible for the preparation of high-quality, customer focused feasibility questionnaires (FQs), proposals in response to requests from prospective customers. Additionally, this position work with the Business Development team, along with other Elligo departments and clinics that are potentially new Elligo customers by actively reviewing ongoing or proposed opportunities. 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES  

The Feasibility Specialist’s core responsibilities include delivery of compliant, professionally produce proposals or FQs based on customer protocols. 

 

  • Identify challenges, responding to issues, and proactively implementing effective solutions 

  • Prepare, manage, and review written FQs and proposal responses both in terms of content and presentation 

  • Prepare, manage, and review all aspects of the cost estimates, ensuring all services are included in the final deliverable to the customer 

  • Seek input from various department heads to ensure content is complete, accurate, and timely 

  • Maintain various department templates in line with company branding and pricing strategy 

  • Ensure department data tracking systems are updated as appropriate 

  • Maintains database (Salesforce or equivalent) of existing and prospective client information and communications 

  • Participate in teleconference and live meetings and training 

 

  • Perform other duties as required by the department or leadership 

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS  

 

 

Required: 

  • High school diploma or GED  

  • Basic uUnderstanding of research and pharmaceutical industry, terminology and practices  

  • Demonstrated proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software (MS Office skills such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) and Salesforce 

 

 

Preferred: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field 

  • Experience in clinical research proposals/feasibilities 

  • Understanding of research and pharmaceutical industry, terminology and practices 

  • Salesforce proficiency

  • Experience with vendor and proposal protocols 

  • Extremely organized 

  • Ability to be flexible and adapt well

WORKING CONDITIONS 

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. 

Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and must work 37.5 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. 

 

Moderate  Occasional travel is required for this position.
