About the Job

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter with previous experience recruiting full-stack software and data engineers in a fast-paced, modern technology company.  He or she will enjoy working in a dynamic, always changing environment where people are passionate about their work and high performers are recognized and rewarded.  RxSense has created a culture of opportunity where “do-ers” thrive, resulting in double-digit growth every year since the company was incorporated. 

Responsibilities
 
  • Establish relationships with hiring managers to understand the strategic direction of the company and departmental objectives; facilitate a streamlined, effective process that holds the interviewing team accountable for speed and quality
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating skills, consultative decision support, and offer negotiation.
  • Proactively source top software engineering, data engineering, and development operations talent leveraging your personal network, our employees’ networks, LinkedIn, and other databases of candidates
  • Effectively negotiate all aspects of an offer including cash compensation and incentive units (stock)
  • Manage outside recruiting partners; negotiate contract terms, oversee the process, and evaluate results
  • Working in tandem with the EVP, People & Culture, create an annual recruiting strategy and budget; monitor and manage the budget on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • Proactively develop programs and procedures that improve the quality of our candidate pool, enhance the employment brand of RxSense, and reduce operating expenses
  • Support the strategic objectives of the People & Culture team, working on non-recruiting related projects as needed

Skills & Experience
  • 6+ years professional recruiting experience with at least 3 years experience recruiting software and data engineers
  • Knowledge of complex technical stacks and the software development lifecycle; experience recruiting talent with modern coding languages and cloud-based environments (AWS or Azure, C#, Golang, .NET, Visual Studio, Vue, RESTful web services, SQL or other relational  databases, Snowflake, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent, referenceable interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinker who sees the big picture
  • Self-motivated team player who is willing to do what it takes to succeed in a smaller company environment
  • Professional presence and business acumen; able to build trust and instill confidence with senior leaders
