JOB SUMMARY

This role will provide operational support to the Talent Acquisition team. This position will assist with all stages of the recruiting process from job posting to new hire onboarding. Position will also provide administrative support in all other areas supported by the Talent Services department. The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Coordinator will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and building relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities

 

 

Essential Functions

 

Talent Acquisition

This position has several Administrative tasks and responsibilities.

  • Ability to make high volume calls for recruiting and pre-screening purposes. 
  • Source candidates from multiple job boards, resume databases, social media and other niche sites, conduct screening interviews and document the process and feedback in the ATS and CRM tools
  • Proactively develop pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Manage multiple searches within assigned division while effectively remaining organized and following up with potential candidates regularly
  • Work directly with Recruiters; creating strong relationships and becoming a trusted advisor in sourcing talent
  • Assists with reviewing and processing job applications
  • Communicates with candidates concerning their recruiting status
  • Schedules interviews
  • Onboarding and Pre-employment Administrative tasks
  • Distributes and collects employment documents
  • Performs pre-employment screening
  • Coordinates with other departments involved in the onboarding process
  • General Talent Services
  • Maintains employee documents, storing them in the appropriate confidential location
  • Provides assistance to the Finance and Learning in areas that overlap with Talent Services.
  • Performs other duties as required by the department and Elligo.

 

QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

 

  • High school diploma/GED with a minimum of 2 years related human resources and/or recruiting experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and databases.
  • Excellent communication skills. Passionate about providing an outstanding candidate and employee experience.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ideal candidate will have experience in the healthcare or clinical research industry.
  • Attention to detail.

 

WORKING CONDITIONS

 

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.

 

Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and must work 37.5 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

 

Minimal (less than 10%) travel is required for this position.
