JOB SUMMARY

As a Technical Recruiting Coordinator at Elligo Health Research you will be directly supporting the Talent Services team in their efforts to attract, retain and hire the best talent in health research. You will assist in scheduling of interviews, prescreen, source candidates, and collaborate with a team to help recruit technical positions for the organization.

Duties may include:
  • Serves as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting cycle (i.e. communicate status, answer questions and coordinate follow-up efforts)
  • Administer pre-employment background checks and employee onboarding tasks
  • Assist in Job board postings and sourcing activities
  • Review resumes using CTS
  • Assist in scheduling interviews via Outlook and Microsoft Teams
  • Ensure compliance with all established procedures and processes
  • Facilitate follow up communication between candidates and Talent Services team.
  • Any additional HR/Talent Services activities as assigned

QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
 
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong technical background essential to success in this role
  • Knowledge of Software, Data, IT and other technical software programs a must
  • Minimum 1 year technical recruiting experience, either in-house or agency recruiting
  • Ability to handle multiple openings with tight deadlines and a sense of urgency
  • Must be personable with a strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Knowledge of clinical research or healthcare industries preferred
  • Ability to work independently at times
  • Team player, interpersonal, effective communicator



WORKING CONDITIONS

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.

Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and must work 37.5 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Minimal (less than 10%) travel is required for this position.
