Job Summary:
As a Senior Partner Manager, you’ll represent iBASEt’s brand and lead relationships with key strategic partners. You will manage our partnerships, from development to launch and ongoing partner management. You will grow these partnerships, meeting essential metrics through different partner programs, marketing, and new integrations. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Global Partner Ecosystems with open communication, transparency, and trust.
This is an essential role on the Partnerships team. You have a good mix of skills, including an ability to understand a variety of partnerships and their value propositions, build and deepen partner relationships with both internal and external teams and a desire to increase the growth of our business.
Essential Functions:
  • Manage all aspects of partner growth: prioritization of business, strategic and financial assessment, structuring and negotiation of new projects, and ongoing partner management 
  • Execute go-to-market strategies by managing key relationships, structuring Alliance framework, operating, commercial and engagement models, and joint value proposition
  • Facilitate mutual understanding of partnership portfolios and their potential impact on customer solutions or strategic themes such as model based enterprise
  • Be accountable for success metrics and partner growth 
  • Maintain direct relationships with partners, proactively resolving issues and creating value 
  • Be the assigned Partner's single point of contact and function as their professional advocate and relationship manager within iBASEt, ensuring fulfillment of contract deliverables, ongoing partner education, and customer assignments
  • Develop and maintain an effective and productive relationship with assigned Partner (s) at all levels within their organization (from front-line contact center management through senior/executive leadership)
  • Responsible for partner satisfaction for all assigned partners and drives improvements that ensure we do this across our entire partner base
  • Collaborate with a broad range of team members in Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Legal, serving as an advocate for your partners while balancing iBASEt’s goals 
  • Competency development: Ensure partners build and maintain required competency levels and leverage iBASEt’s recommended service delivery methodologies for achieving operational excellence.
  • Operate independently, being both an executor/visionary and Lead projects with internal and external teams
  Requirements:
  • 10+ years of strategic business, product, and partnerships experience, preferably with experience managing business relationships and projects
  • 3-5+ years at a software company preferably MES
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills with both C-Level and day to day operations stakeholders
  • Professional judgment and respected business savvy by leaders, co-workers, customers, and partners
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, work well under pressure to meet deadlines, defuse partner issues and concerns
  • Ability to travel a minimum 30% of the time, visiting partner sites and attending company meetings

Required Education/Experience:
  • Proven success building and/or managing global, system integrator and/or technology-driven alliances.
  • Experience building and managing relationships with senior business leaders, both internally and externally 
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various teams, managing initiatives at scale, and delivering results 
  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or business discipline
  • Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives. Track record of strategic thinking and operational excellence.
  • Prior experience with digital technology in the complex discrete vertical markets including Aerospace & Defense
  • At ease participating in small or large group settings, working with executives to GM level, and fostering collaboration and trust with all levels of the Partner organization.
  • Strong collaboration and influence skills. Exceptional written and oral communications
  • High energy with a positive disposition. Comfortable working in fluid, fast paced environments. Self-starter.
  • Strong business acumen. Adept at identifying improvement and growth opportunities, building inter-organizational interlock, and overcoming resistance to change.
