Our direct client in Mortgage is seeking a talented IT PM:
Experience in:
-Running complex projects with small-size budget and scope spanning across several systems
-Running projects using software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodology, Application Maintenance Change Process (AMCP) and project management life cycle (PMLC), Research and Development life cycle.
• Strong experience in project management processes:
-Communication
-Risk management
-Scope and change request management
-Schedule management
-Internal controls and quality management
• Excellent communication, influencing and collaboration skills
• Good organization, presentation and customer service skills
• Ability to collaborate with multiple parties, including model owners, developers, business drivers, significant users, data analysts, key assessors, risk and financial engineering
• Ensure change efforts relating to the models, applications or data ingestion processes are a success
• Apply your knowledge of project management, change management and agile principles
• Have the flexibility to adapt processes to new and evolving model change efforts as you build out the program plans, timelines, critical paths and dependencies.
• Ensure partners are informed by leading daily scrums, model community, partner, governance and project planning meetings to ensure team engagement, along with developing appropriate and timely reporting
• Facilitate the creation of key deliverables (ex., UAT Plan, Implementation plan, application change memo)
• Embrace and enhance the model governance critical activities by executing according to company modeling policies and procedures
• Support the efforts by actively removing impediments (e.g., constraints, barriers), managing key dependencies and ensuring teams are properly resourced
- Ability to support the development of new model life cycle change processes and templates, along with training and roll-out
- Work with Subject Matter Experts, Business Leads, project managers and other teams within MEDA and across the division to ensure timely progress against project and resource plans
- Organize, facilitate, and participate in cross-functional project sessions and status update meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Work independently or with a team to analyze, develop and deliver project management artifacts (tracking spreadsheets, documentation, summary status updates, etc.)
- Create and maintain dashboards and statistics for easy reference
- Keep all the records updated across multiple systems and processes
