Human Resources Manager
**Job Announcement**
Vie-Del Company, a family-owned business and a major producer of brandy, wine, and juice concentrates is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join its team in South Fresno. Reporting directly to the President, this position is responsible for leading all human resources and payroll functions including employment, talent management, compensation, employee relations, collective bargaining (UFCW union), training and development, risk management, workers’ compensation, leaves of absence, and benefits administration.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications OR any combination of knowledge, skills and experience demonstrating the ability to successfully perform the job:
- Five-plus years of progressive HR management experience, including supervising staff and high-volume recruiting.
- Record of success in a high-performance work environment.
- Extensive knowledge of state and federal employment laws and incorporating them into policies, procedures, and practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field of study.
- PHR/SPHR or related certification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and timekeeping and payroll software.
- Effective organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Scheduling flexibility to support a three-shift operation during peak season that includes evenings and weekends.
