The Corporate Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring Centric is hiring the best talent in the industry and supporting the development of our employer brand. This will be achieved through execution of recruiting plans, employing creative sourcing strategies and resources. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources and work directly with hiring managers to identify desired skills and experience. This role is expected to establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally which includes Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, Sales, IT, and Customer Experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Conducts full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer/process documentation, and background checks.

  • Designs, executes, and supports recruitment strategies for job openings up to and including the Director level for all departments; primary internal clients are Manager to VP level.
  • Identify diverse talent through aggressive sourcing methods which include internet research, social media, networking, direct sourcing, employee referrals, associations and other sources as needed.
  • Takes full ownership for recruiting life cycle (kickoff, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, etc.)
  • Viewed as a subject matter expert for their functional domain expertise.
  • Lead best practices, tactics & projects for team members in their same function.
  • Develops proactive recruitment strategies for pipeline building to present to executive level clients.
  • Roles filled may be a variety of levels, function and complexity across functions, departments and business groups as needed to positively impact the recruitment process.
  • Ensures adherence to all employment laws and regulations.
  • Drive the interview and offer process, including job descriptions, interview plans, salary recommendations and closing candidates.
  • Prepare weekly or monthly reports as required on sourcing activities.
  • Maintain relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities.
  • Closely partner with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Create a positive candidate experience.
  • Oversee and maintain all correspondence for the company HRIS and Applicant Tracking System (Brightmove).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related experience.
  • 5+ years professional recruiting experience preferably in a Corporate environment
  • Demonstrated success in full lifecycle recruitment model.
  • Creating unique and effective search strategies and utilization of recruitment tools.
  • Experience managing multiple unique searches simultaneously.
  • Experience leading and managing complex search projects.
  • Experience dealing with complex hiring managers and managing through complex interactions.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, practices, and government regulations.
  • Experience working with Applicant tracking and HRIS software.
