Job Description:
• Conduct assessments of programs/projects (medium to complex) within the organization to ensure compliancy to published standards, processes, and/or templates.
• Identify process and procedural issues based upon audit findings and initiate resolution to these problems.
• Communicate with internal audit peers and management regarding status, audit issues and deadlines. Collect objective evidence of quality related data and/or trends.
•Specify the objectives of measurement and analysis such that they are aligned with identified information needs and objectives
• Specify the measures, analysis techniques, and mechanism for data collection, data storage, reporting, and feedback
• Conducts analysis, provides objective results that can be used in making informed decisions, and taking appropriate corrective actions
• Participate in Audit processes for compliancy and uniformity to ensure deliverables to the customer are consistent.
• Ensures Quality Service Level Requirements (SLR’s) are adhered for assigned programs/projects.
• Develops departmental materials including SOP's to maintain process libraries outlining governance, change management, auditing, reporting and metrics.
• Conducts reviews, walkthroughs, assessments, and inspections to evaluate the effectiveness of current processes/procedures, techniques, systems and associates for medium to complex projects.
• Participate in workgroups.
• Conducts internal consistency checks ensuring uniform and fair auditing practices throughout the department, across all lines of business.
• Preparation of QA reports.
• Writes, edits, and finalizes reports and presentations and presents findings and recommendations to the project/program management.
• Assist in the preparation of senior level presentations. Process change requests reporting and tracking.

Requirements:

11-15 Years Experience

• Hands-on experience in IT such as Software Development (SDLC), Project management (PMLC) and Product Management
• Project management (IT), focused process improvements, assessments and quality controls
•Hands on experience defining measures, collecting metrics, conducting analysis and providing objective results that can be used for process improvements
• Hands on knowledge of analytics tool such as Excel, Power BI etc. to create complex data-driven models to utilize metrics and provide easy to consume reports and dashboard
• Experience conducting gap analysis regarding business processes; making recommendations and implementing more efficient alternatives
• Proven experience with the implementation, execution, management, and administration of Quality Assurance and Quality Control best practices
• Experience with developing and implementing Program/Project Quality Assurance plans
• Experience with developing and implementing quality gates or quality checkpoints as part of the SDLC
• Experience initiating and implementing quality assurance and control, and methodologies and practices in an IT project development and maintenance environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a changing environment
• Ability to quickly understand assignments and customers
• Ability to own and lead assigned tasks with minimum to no supervision
• Ability to read, understand, and update Microsoft project schedules
• Experience providing oversight of processes – conducting project or process assessments, identifying and reporting project quality risks, facilitating process improvement activities
• Bachelor’s degree in IT
• Experience in applying and/or Certification in the following (as appropriate): PMBOK, CMMI, ISO, Lean Six Sigma, and/or ITIL
• Experience using SharePoint as a communication and collaboration tool
