The success of our DFM programs is contingent on effectively influencing and/or directly managing these parties. Supported by Recurve’s experienced leadership, the DFM Manager will work with our clients to successfully navigate and influence this ecosystem and translate feedback and insights into actionable improvements to the design and implementation of DFMs.

  • Report and Proposal Authorship – Based on their understanding of project scopes and client/aggregator needs the successful candidate will assist in authoring compelling reports that showcase how Recurve’s offerings can enable better DSM programs.

The DFM Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and fostering innovation across the Recurve team to continually improve program design, delivery, and engagement.

  • Conferences and Presentations – Though this position is not designed for a heavy travel schedule, Recurve encourages its employees to make connections, build networks, and present our vision and results publically.
