We are currently looking for a Construction Superintendent to join our team. We need someone who is deadline driven to oversee projects & to act as a link between various team members. In this role, you will lead & manage the on-site construction teams & oversee all work being completed. You will ensure quality standards are met, & all equipment & materials are always available on site. We value passionate, down to earth “can do” people who enjoy fine-tuning small details without losing sight of the big picture.

What you will be doing:

• Schedule, coordinate, and manage subcontractors to ensure timely project completion
• Oversee all on-site work being performed and communicate project status to internal team members
• Proactively identify design deficiencies, schedule concerns, and other project issues
• Adhere to project budget and timeline
• Manage relationships with clients, internal team, subcontractors, and inspectors
• Maintain appropriate documentation throughout the project
• Ensure quality standards are met
• Ensure job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner
• Travel as needed, up to 70% throughout the US

What we’re looking for:

• 5 years of superintendent experience in retail construction
• Ability to work under pressure while coordinating numerous construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• OSHA Certification is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based programs
• Strong organization and time management skills
