We have amassed a large digital and social community across the Jeff Lerner and ENTRE brands and we are looking for a hungry, self-starter who wants to be part of this growth. 

 

If you are the type of person who has a wealth of ideas and the ability to execute, then we have a great opportunity for you as our next Digital Marketing Coordinator. 

 

In this role, you will engage and connect with our students and prospective online community to tell our brand story through our social and digital channels. 

 

You will see an idea go from infancy to life and will be part of the content creation journey along the way. You will be responsible for the overall health of our social media and digital channels, including establishing new channels, fostering engagement on existing and identifying new opportunities.

What we want you to do: 

  • Innovate in the social space and grow ENTRE and Jeff's (ENTRE Chief Visionary Officer) presence on key platforms, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube and evolve the strategy to progress market relevancy and trends.

  • Schedule all of the social media content for Jeff Lerner and ENTRE. Use scheduling software to track and publish based on the company content calendar; leverage the company’s project management tool ClickUp to generate content requests and track the progress. 

  • Generate organic content ideas that align with each social platform and existing brand and marketing strategy.

  • Work closely with the senior content manager to develop content plans aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets, engagement analytics and strategies

  • Source insights for cross-promotion from the internal student community, work cross-functionally with the Fulfillment Team.   

  • Work collaboratively with the senior content manager to develop and implement email marketing campaigns and strategies such as optimizing email design, content, mobile display, segmentation, and messaging. 

  • Own Fanpage Karma our performance tracking tool, to ensure our organic social is achieving KPIs/benchmarks. Develop monthly reports for key stakeholders. 

  • Work closely with our Social Media Community Manager to derive brand insights to help inform content strategies. Check online reviews and report feedback from prospects and students.

  • Coordinate with the paid media team to ensure refreshed creativity is being promoted. 

  • Stay connected with social media and digital trends to inform future content ideas. 

  • Proofread and review assets (captions, designs, videos) before all of the content goes live. 

 

 

What we are looking for:

  • Must be a problem-solver, and have the desire to grow our social and digital channels 

  • A creative at heart who enjoys seeing their ideas come to life, with the ability and drive to execute

  • A team player who wants to work cross-functionally

  • Proven work experience in social media or digital marketing channels. Must have a passion for content and leveraging new social media trends

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Project management experience - preferred

 

What you have to have:

  • A personal interest in social media marketing; what works, what doesn't

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing and social media

  • Good design skills and know how to use Canva

  • Passionate about entrepreneurship and personal development is a plus

  • Familiarity and experience with project management tools (ClickUp! preferred) 

  • Experience with the complete ownership of social media and digital content

  • Strong team-work and communication skills

  • Able to collaborate with multiple teams in a fast-past changing environment

  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to identify issues and tasks without being asked or notified
