Position Summary
 
Corsica Technologies is a nationally recognized, award-winning, and rapidly growing managed IT and cybersecurity services provider, and we are looking for an organized, adaptable and experienced Marketing Administrator to support our marketing team.

The role is fully remote, with someone ideally located in the Eastern or Central time zone, who is looking for a role within a highly collaborative, positive, and team-focused environment. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this key role will help the marketing team organize and stay on track with marketing projects. The Marketing Administrator will manage project coordination and task tracking, data tracking, event assistance, inventory management, and some vendor management to assist the marketing team in meeting project timelines.

This role is responsible for creating and maintaining all projects in Asana, as well as tracking campaign data. As this role is critical to the successful launch, management and execution of all marketing projects, we are looking for someone who is organized and a professional self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative environment.

The Marketing Administrator will work closely with the event vendor to ensure event assets are delivered and internal needs are communicated to the team for organizational coordination.
 
Responsibilities
  • Work with marketing team and outside agencies to create and manage projects and deliverables in the management systems.
  • Creating projects within Asana and providing oversight to ensure team members are unblocked and able to deliver on schedule.
  • Task scheduling and resource assignment.
  • Inventory management of collateral material for events.
  • Act as an internal gatekeeper to ensure that all information needed to begin/complete projects is provided at the start and throughout completion of each project including creative brief creation.
  • Ability to receive creative requests, prioritize and schedule resources to fulfill them on an ongoing basis to ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced, tight-deadline environment.
  • Maintain a real-time status report of projects and summarize weekly snapshots to keep the team informed of delays or situations that potentially impact execution of deliverables.
  • Handle escalations, raise concerns and make decisions as necessary.
  • Track marketing campaign data weekly.
  • Build relationships with event vendors as it relates to project and deliverable management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to oversee marketing projects and deliverables using time, budget, and task management tools
  • Organized, adaptable, able to prioritize, strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating project plans and budgets.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts.
  • Understanding of design, print, digital, video, advertising, and all other marketing deliverables. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work well with all levels of staff and management.
Education, Experience, and Certifications
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related concentration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing traffic management/project management in an agency or corporate setting
  • Hands-on advanced experience with Asana.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred:
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
Miscellaneous Position Information
 
Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

COVID Vaccine: Employees who make on-site service or sales calls in locations where state or local government(s) have mandated COVID vaccine(s) to enter a building, are required to provide proper proof of having the vaccine and booster as required by legislation.

Work Environment: In most cases, work will be performed in a climate-controlled office space.

Travel: This position will require travel. Most travel will be regional. Occasional overnight travel should be expected. Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving history.

Position Type/Expected Hours:
  • This is a full-time position for five, eight-hour days (40 hours total) per week with a flexible schedule that generally begins at 8:00 AM.
