Position Summary:

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day department activities and sales selling cycle and methodology.
2. Direct the Company’s Marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services.
3. Develop strategies and plans to identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing activities, and create new project development.

5. Develop and manage Sales and Marketing budgets as well as manage internal operating budgets.
6. Establish and oversee a worldwide network of representatives and VAR’s.
7. Plan and coordinate communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach.
8. Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
9. Facilitate key account RFP responses through leadership and teambuilding to achieve successful proposals which result in new business.
10. Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures.

12. Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales material, exhibits, and promotion programs.
13. Oversee product management, new product definition and product launch.
14. Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
15. Other duties as assigned.
