Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for organizing and executing production according to delivery requirements. You will ensure our goods are produced on time for delivery to internal production departments as well as final shipment. An excellent Production Supervisor is well-versed in production procedures and ways to manage them. They are organized and results-driven with great problem-solving skills. Advanced communication, understanding of ERP systems, and computer skills are required for the role. The goal is to ensure the smooth and cost-efficient flow of our production operations. Cross-functional collaboration with the engineering and production and supply chain team is required
Overview- Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple product lines
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Coordinates manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
- Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
- Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
- Track output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports
- Collaborate with supply chain, operations, quality control, warehouse and other staff
- Monitor the manufacturing efficiency, troubleshoot where production levels are low and have the problems addressed.
- Monitor the staff's productivity and quality of work to ensure their optimal performance in departments.
- Regularly report production progress to senior management and present production budgets and targets to them
- Maintaining safe practices in accordance with company, local agencies and OSHA standards
- Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output
- Organizing training for the production team
- Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
- Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility

- 5+ years' experience as a Production Supervisor
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Microsoft Excel, Word
- Strong Computer Skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Basic reading skills. Must be able to follow directions
- Regularly lift 20-30 pounds
- Regularly perform repetitive tasks
- Must be willing to work on their feet for a portion the shift
- Follow company procedures and directives.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
