Arcadia at Limerick Pointe is a new retirement community for Independent, Personal Care and Memory Care Living. Arcadia is part of Vantage Point Retirement a family-owned and operated organization born out of the belief that seniors deserve more when it comes to senior living. We are looking for a thorough housekeeper supervisor for our housekeeping department. This position would be a supervisory as well as an on the floor housekeeping role.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises employees in the housekeeping department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees.
Educational Requirements and Experience:
• Two (2) years supervisory and management experience including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, discipline and counseling preferred.
• · Three (3) years housekeeping/laundry operations experience.
