Baker, Manock & Jensen PC, a full -service AV-rated law firm in Fresno, CA, seeks a part-time Office Clerk. This position is a fantastic opportunity for students looking to work collaboratively on a team.
 
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Restocking copy rooms and break rooms
  • Reordering copy room and break room supplies as needed
  • Maintaining conference rooms, copy rooms, and break rooms
  • Scanning and copying files
  • Processing incoming/outgoing mail
 
The ideal candidate will possess the following: 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
 
Physical requirements: 
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
