Baker, Manock & Jensen PC, a full -service AV-rated law firm in Fresno, CA, seeks a part-time Office Clerk. This position is a fantastic opportunity for students looking to work collaboratively on a team.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:- Restocking copy rooms and break rooms
- Reordering copy room and break room supplies as needed
- Maintaining conference rooms, copy rooms, and break rooms
- Scanning and copying files
- Processing incoming/outgoing mail
The ideal candidate will possess the following:- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Physical requirements:- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
