The gig in short:

The Funnel Builder & Automations Specialist plays an important strategic and practical role within the marketing team. You will be in charge of all funnel builds and scoping the work with our tech and project management team to build and gather resources from our copywriting and production team. You will also be in charge of funnel integration with 3rd party tools to ensure our tech is connected and delivers a seamless client experience. In addition, you will build processes and systems to support the lifetime maintenance of each funnel.

What we want you to do:

  • Develop a funnel creation and rollout sprint with VP of Marketing and tech team to enable the efficient rollout of new funnels within a 2-week sprint once provided with copy

  • Manage all technical projects such as funnel builds, website builds, automation & tech integrations 

  • Collaborate strategically with the CRO, VP of Marketing, and Copy Team to produce high probability spit-tests, funnel optimizations, and technological improvements to lower Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)

  • Curate digital marketing funnel builds and split-tests with varying customizations (e.g., ClickFunnels and other funnel builders, WordPress, Shopify, Google Optimize, etc.)

  • Set up a funnel and website tracking for digital marketing campaigns and funnels (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Zapier, Integromat, SegMetrics, UTM attribution, Hyros, etc.)

  • Integrate funnels with third-party tools (e.g., CRM, process flow, scheduling, ad attribution, payment processing, webinars, etc.)

  • Engineer data flow in CRM, email marketing software, and ad attribution systems (e.g., InfusionSoft, Zoho, ActiveCampaign, SegMetrics, etc.)

  • Work with; Project Manager, Copy Team, Creative Team, Ad Team & Development Team to facilitate the development of any technology initiative in a timely manner

  • Develop tech-related SOPs in order to improve process and workflows

  • Design and implement a funnel QA procedure in accordance with the tech team to ensure all funnel buildouts are …

Quality assurance before delivering any project over to the team/client as finalized

  • Follow brand guidelines and direction when building new funnels to ensure congruence with the ENTRE messaging and customer-facing appearance.

  • Aid with the creation of training material for the team in part with the VP of Marketing

  • Act as a liaison between departments and executives when needed

 

 

 

What you have to have:

  • Proven min. 5 years experience in direct response marketing

  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing successful marketing funnels messages and direct response copywriting

  • Strong teamwork and creative problem-solving skills

  • Passionate about entrepreneurship and personal development is a plus

  • Familiarity and experience with project management tools (ClickUp! preferred) 

  • Able to collaborate with multiple teams in a fast-past changing environment

  • Proactive and creative problem solver with the ability to identify issues and tasks without being asked or notified
