You must be someone who is willing to lend a hand to team members and customers alike. You
will need to take pride in listening to the needs of customers, be resourceful and solutions
oriented. You must always speak to customers in a professional manner and you will be
responsible for supporting the company’s internal needs by working with customers,
prospective customers, and colleagues to ensure the highest quality of customer support is
met.

The Hours for this Role are Wednesday-Sunday from 2PM-11PM Central.

What we want you to do:
● Manage customer inquiries via phone, social media, ticketing system/email, or directly
from other team members
● Respond to customer inquiries and resolve inquiries using basic troubleshooting skills,
proactively finding solutions in Knowledge Base or in collaboration with other team
members
● Escalate customer inquiries/issues to tier 2 representatives when appropriate
● Attend all required team and company-wide meetings
What we are looking for:
● 3+ years of customer support. Experience in the digital marketing, education, or
coaching industries is preferred.
● Proficiency in help desk platforms
● Experience in a role or position that involves direct customer support and interaction
What you have to have:
● Have a positive and helpful attitude that ensures customers have their voice heard and
valued
● Strong team-work and communication skills
● Strong written and verbal communication
● Ability to prioritize and escalate
● Exemplifies ENTRE culture and values
● Able to collaborate with multiple teams in a fast-past changing environment
● Proactive problem solver with the ability to identify issues and tasks without being
asked or notified
