Your Impact at Land Intelligence:
The Land Development Project Manager will assist in the design and permitting process and serve as a subject matter expert for the product development team.
Collaborate with leadership team on strategic goals and objectives- Research zoning and development requirements
- Create land development budgets, monitor work, and actively track invoices
- Experience in subdivision, land planning and land development engineering including:
- Site layout and design
- Grading
- Utility design
- Storm water management
- Erosion control
- Preparation of permit applications and engineering reports
- Cost estimating and technical specification preparation
- Understanding of municipal review, approval process and ordinance application
- Experience in the field with Construction Administrative services and construction inspections
- Full knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- AutoCAD Civil 3D a plus
- A client-focused leader, team player, excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Previous supervisory or mentorship experience a plus
- Perform other tasks as assigned to help accomplish the Company’s strategic goals
What You Bring To Land Intelligence
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in the AEC industry (Must have experience with services such as land development, land acquisition, land surveying, engineering and inspection, aerial mapping and subsurface utility engineering)
• Successful experience in contract negotiations, budgets, and fee estimates and contract management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
