You will be the “go-to” plumbing manager for the firm, reporting directly to the Owner. You will estimate and manage a variety of plumbing construction projects from $30K to $1M+ in the local Carolina market, working with high profile, Fortune 500/1000 companies. You’ll develop customer relationships, internal and external stakeholder relationships, as well as manage 18+ plumbers as you help expand the business. You will participate in weekly project review meetings to report on job progress and financials as the firm continues to expand further into the Carolinas.
Background Profile:-
- 2+ years’ plumbing project management experience (10+ years’ preferred)
- Exposure to estimating commercial or govt. plumbing projects helpful
- Background in managing staff and building professional relationships
- North Carolina Master Plumber’s License preferred (not required)
