New + Found has an opening for a part-time Lobby Attendant, and currently seeking "pro re nata (as needed)" candidates. This positions primary responsibility is to monitor various life safety systems, perform general administrative duties, and assist with residential services.

- Monitoring the camera and alarm systems.
- Documenting daily activity logs.
- Provide upkeep to the lobby areas to ensure they are clean and presentable.
- Greet and assist patrons, directing them as needed.
- Provide customer service and answer patrons' questions.
- Assist guests with special needs.
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Experience in a customer service role (preferred).
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Ability to lift to 10 pounds.
- Flexible schedule to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holiday.
CURRENTLY SEEKING "PRO RE NATA (AS NEEDED)" CANDIDATES. HOURLY RATE IS $13 PER HOUR FOR PART-TIME EMPLOYEES.
