We have grown from a single discipline electrical engineering firm to a multi-discipline firm offering mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design, architecture, interior design, healthcare planning, fire protection, commissioning, RCDD, and project management services.
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to research, develop, design, and produce electrical construction drawings for healthcare, MOB, commercial, and office buildings.
Our Electrical Engineers are responsible for the modeling and analysis of normal and emergency power distribution systems, the design of life safety systems, the design and modeling of lighting and associated control systems, and coordination with other design professionals. In addition, they direct and mentor designers in building electrical designs.
The position requires extensive knowledge of electrical equipment and local building codes. Experienced with a variety of the building and power systems’ concepts, practices, and procedures necessary.
A successful candidate has 5-10 years of experience as a licensed professional (PE), NCEES registration, and LEED, CEM, or LC (preferred).
Educational requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering from an ABET Accredited Electrical Engineering program.
Computer Skills: Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and MS Office Suite.
Available to travel up to 20% of the time depending on the project.
The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Salary range: $90,000-$125,000
