Job Title: Reservation Manager
Status: Full Time- Remote based in AZ

The Reservation Manager will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department while focusing on driving results and revenue. 

JOB DUTIES
  • Full understanding and ability to perform Reservation Coordinator position including but not limited to:
    • Answer incoming guest calls to book reservations or assist with existing reservations
    • Follow procedures to make, cancel or change reservations
    • Work with Rally groups and making group reservations
    • Build group blocks
    • Monitor resort inventory, maximizing site placement for arrivals
    • Monitor daily arrivals and special requests, communicating to resorts
    • Assist guests with pre-arrival concierge services and stay upgrades
    • Maintain accurate filing system and group tracing
    • Maintain guest database and profiles
    • Respond to online reviews
  • Expert knowledge in CampSpot for all CRR properties
  • Responsible for hiring, training, supervising, and directing reservation coordinators
  • Responsible for training guest service coordinators at resorts in reservation and concierge processes
  • Revenue Analysis process for all properties
  • Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting
  • Responsible for the projected occupancy, analysis, and pricing group business strategies
  • Analyze overall monthly performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies
  • Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances, and budget comparison
  • Consistently offers professional, engaging, and friendly service
  • Ability to communicate intelligently and effectively in person and over the phone
  • Communicate with clear and professional language – both written and verbal
  • Define expectations, provides feedback, holds team accountable, and shows appreciation
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing as well as operations to maximize resort revenues
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and document issues and concerns. Make proactive changes
  • Lead and initiate resort communication, marketing materials and reservation packages
  • API / Integration Expert for Online Travel Agencies
  • Develop concierge relationships and programs for properties
  • Monitor comp set pricing, area events, high demand periods, and adjust pricing as needed
  • Establish and set up PMS for new properties
  • Meet departmental budgets and monitors financial statements
  • Ensure guests receive the highest level of service consistent with CRR’s values – Cares, Passionate, Curious, Positive, Team Player, Excellence
  • Handle and resolves escalated guest concerns, inquiries, and issues.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
  • All other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 3 years of hospitality experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Proactive and self-motivated - moves quickly, but with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate computer proficiency including email, internet, and Microsoft Office Suite; RV resort or other hospitality property management software experience highly desirable

Language Ability: Read and interpret documents such as operating and procedure guides.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position will oversee the Reservation Coordinator(s)
