We have grown from a single discipline electrical engineering firm to a multi-discipline firm offering mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design, architecture, interior design, healthcare planning, fire protection, commissioning, RCDD, and project management services.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Estimator to work with our teams to develop cost estimates by reviewing design documents including drawings, narratives, specifications, cut sheets, and scope of work. She/he will perform takeoffs to produce accurate quality surveys, collaborate with project managers and design team members to ensure all information and concepts are incorporated into estimates, and prepare project schedules.
A successful candidate will have 10+ years of construction estimating experience, excellent verbal/written communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills. They will have familiarity with various formats including Mii, MS Project, and MS Office Suite; and the ability to ‘fill the gaps’ for information missing or what would be required assuming a complete design of the project.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Project Management, or Architecture; or any degree with construction/design work experience
Computer skills: OnScreen Take-Off, SAGE, and MS Office Suite.

Salary range: $100,000-$115,000
