ExoAnalytic Solutions, a technology and innovation leader providing world-class products and services to the US federal government and commercial customers globally, is looking for a talented full time Senior Radar Systems Engineer with algorithm and tool development experience to support our space and missile defense business in Huntsville, Alabama.
The Senior Radar Systems Engineer will be responsible for developing requirements, supporting trade studies, developing algorithms, developing models and simulations, and conducting performance analysis of radar systems.
The Senior Radar Systems Engineer will:- Perform systems engineering analysis for sensors and C2BMC
- Perform architecture trades, what-if analysis, and design trades
- Design, develop, and test signal and data processing algorithms--including scheduling, detection, tracking, and discrimination
- Develop modeling, simulation, and analysis tools
- Write coherent plans in the form of briefings, white papers, and proposals
- Provide technical direction in a team environment
- US Citizenship
- A current secret or above security clearance
- BS in Physics, Engineering, or Math with a minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Demonstrated knowledge or experience in radar signal processing and radar functions
- Demonstrated capability developing algorithms and/or models & simulations
- Demonstrated capability applying advanced research techniques in the investigation, analysis and solution of challenging physics and engineering problems
- Proficiency in programming in any of the following languages --Python, Java, C, C++, and MatLab
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team and
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Physics, or Math
- Detailed knowledge of missile defense radar systems
- Experience with Electronic Warfare (EW)
- Missile defense, air and missile defense, space systems, or communication systems experience
Salary: $112,000 - $168,000 annual salary, depending on experience
