We are seeking a Technical Trainer to enhance the skills of our field service and installation teams. RFT is proud to install, service, and support all our products. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering, service, and support teams to develop curriculum and presentations for our teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver technical training for Service and Install personnel.
- Manage the Certification Program for Service and Install personnel.
- Develop online training courses focused on customer education.
- Develop and conduct onboarding training for new employees specific to product and process.
- Collaborate with engineering, and product management to train internal and external stakeholders on new releases and roadmap.
- Ability to understand and present complex technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Remain up to date on new philosophies, technologies, methods, and techniques in the learning and development field.
- Technical degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with web meetings, e-learning tools, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both oral and written.
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning styles.
- Experience with inside and outside sales teams.
- Experience with technical products and selling into healthcare.
- Ability to travel up to 50%
