The Sales Executive will be part of a high-performing, collaborative sales team. The team prides itself on excellent communication and fosters a supportive environment. This individual will be responsible for managing a sales funnel including generating leads for our recruitment process outsourcing service line. The Sales Executive is responsible for cultivating these leads and generating new client partnerships. This individual will manage all stages of the sales process and will work with Hueman leadership to facilitate long-term relationships. 

This position offers a hybrid in-office/at-home work schedule for candidates based in the greater Jacksonville, FL, area. Otherwise, this can be a fully remote position for candidates located outside of Jacksonville, FL.

Sales Executive Job Responsibilities: 

  • Cultivate new business opportunities by communicating with client prospects via telephone, as well as conducting meaningful and compelling sales presentations electronically and in-person 

  • Lead generation, using your sophisticated understanding of social media and various online technologies, to identify key prospects 

  • Manage prospects through the entire sales process 

  • Generate new client partnerships 

  • Generate new relationships and leads via attending conferences 

Sales Executive Education Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher 

Skills, Characteristics, Knowledge and Abilities: 

  • Sales experience within the recruitment/staffing industry is highly preferred
  • ​​​​Adept at fostering relationships quickly, in-person and telephonically - preferably an existing network of HR leaders 
  • Exceptional listening skills and verbal communication skills 

  • Exceptional negotiation skills and techniques - preferably consultative sales experience 

  • Strong computer skills 

  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases to manage sales processes 

  • Desire and ability to adhere to Hueman’s mission statement, vision, core values and high standard of customer service every day 

  • Experience identifying the largest opportunity and managing time appropriately 

  • Exceptional written communication skills 

  • Self-starter, self-motivated, and team-oriented 

  • Experience working remotely
