Job description:

· Provide customer help desk functions resolving customer questions and problems concerning cell phone and tablet trouble work orders to include setup, configuration, and servicing throughout the organization.

· Diagnose and resolve problems in response to customer reported incidents; research, evaluate, and provide feedback on problematic trends.

· Provide one-on-one assistance to customers for more difficult technical problems concerning cell phone and tablet hardware that require in-depth investigation to satisfy customer needs.

· Submit tickets to the Army Enterprise Service Desk (AESD).

· Assist the organization with developing and maintaining problem tracking and resolutions of all customer service interactions in the PEO GCS identified ticket tracking system.

· Assist the organization with maintaining technical awareness of approved cell phone and tablet software, in accordance with guidance from the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), communicate guidance to customers, and track version updates.

· Assist the organization with developing training material and operational instructions for cell phone and tablet users as required to educate customers in operational usage.

· Coordinate with a Team Lead, PEO GCS Mobility Manager, and IT Asset Manager regarding the PEO GCS Mobility Program when required.

· Attend and actively participate in team meetings, providing technical information supporting areas of analysis, testing, implementation, and maintenance of cell phone and tablet hardware.

· Update organizational and vendor websites with pertinent PEO GCS Mobility Program information as required and directed by the Mobility Lead.

· Prepare and issue cell phone and tablet hardware, including the configuration of devices, submission of tickets, scheduling and tracking of customer appointments, generation of transfer forms, and updating of an asset database.

· Assist the organization with managing an inventory of cell phone and tablet hardware.

· Conduct a monthly cell phone and tablet inventory audit of all equipment on an organizational hand receipt to ensure accountability of all assets.

· Responsible for maintaining a database of cell phone and tablet equipment; regularly updating fields to show relevant status of equipment.

· Assist the organization with developing a technology refresh plan for cell phone and tablet hardware. The Contractor shall schedule a cell phone and tablet technology refresh with customers for devices, as required. The Contractor shall remain involved in the initial deployment, subsequent movement, and technology-refresh of cell phone and tablet hardware, including identification of requirements, work order preparation, work order completion, and follow-up.

Required Skills
