Description:
Super Color Digital is a fast-paced and quickly growing printing company specializing in digital, offset, and large format printing. We are currently seeking an entry-level and professional full-time sign production and finisher to join our team.
Job Summary:
Assists in the finishing of printed projects. They are friendly, observant, and able to represent our company in the best light possible. They are able to communicate with other team members and offer opinions to add value to our company.
Job Responsibilities:- Safely operate equipment, following rules and training manuals.
- Complete projects within a specified timeframe while maintaining high levels of quality.
- Understand the instructions given by their supervisor fully.
- Check-in with supervisor and managers regarding job status, issues, and/or questions.
- Understand the documents that are associated with each order.
- Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.
- Assist in print or other areas and "go where the work is"
Key Skills:- Experience in a sign/wide format print production environment.
- Proficient at reading work orders and fully understanding verbal and written instructions.
- Dependable and energetic.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Trimming and cutting printed products on tables.
- Finishing of banners (sewing/welding)
- Ensure a clean and efficient work environment
- Know of, and be able to apply and practice safety precautions in a warehouse and material handling environment.
- Able to build and maintain a positive working relationship with customers, vendors and co-workers.
- Able to remain calm and function effectively in stressful, unexpected, and/or emergency situations.
- Read, write, speak and understand English.-Bi-Lingual Spanish Preferred
